This low impact, lower intensity version of the original Club Vibe® class is designed specifically for active aging adults and deconditioned individuals. This program may be light on impact but still delivers the rush you’re looking for.

Club Vibe® for kids! This program is built on a three tiered approach blending dance, fun fitness movement, and health and wellness created especially for children ages 6-11 years old. The goal is to educate and inspire young people to live healthy and active lives. Kids work toward a final performance at the end of the each session.

Similar to Club Vibe®, Christian Vibe™ utilizes current contemporary Christian music. All songs are family friendly with positive and inspirational lyrics to genres including hip hop, pop, reggae and more.

Ever wonder what it’s like to be in a music video? Welcome to Vibe Smash™! A mix of traditional Club Vibe® routines and longer, more complex choreography sequences taught in an easy to follow, block and build method. Routines can range from 15-45 minutes in length depending on the makeup of the class and are sure to please!
