Strength 30

Get maximum benefits in minimum time. Strength 30 targets all of the major muscle groups in an efficient and effective total body workout. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.


Recovery 15

Give your body a much needed recovery through this fun and challenging active stretch. Reduce muscular tension and enhance relaxation. This class will leave you saying “ahhhhh”. 


Mission to Move 15

Fun, fast and effective movement sessions in a variety of styles, for everybody and every body. Seated and standing options are offered in each session. Perfect for busy schedules!
