When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS excluding weekends/holidays.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

You should receive your order between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

 

What if I need expedited shipping?

Please select the Priority shipping option and make your selection.

 

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item you have 14 days from the date that you receive your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email shop@experiencevibefitness.com with your order number, item and reason for return. Any packages returned without a valid RA# will be refused and sent back. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Place your item(s) as well as approved RA# in package and send to:

Once we receive your return with RA# we will refund your original form of payment. You are responsible for all shipping costs, purchase or return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to I exchange an item?

Due to the high demand of inventory we do not hold items for exchanges. If you wish to exchange, purchase the new item first, then follow instructions for returning the original item. For specific sizing questions please email shop@experiencevibefitness.com.
