One of my bucket list items has been to be part of a flash mob, but I never thought I would be part of surprising my company with one. I immediately thought of Vibe Fitness to help pull it off with me. Ally and Kelly are truly experts at what they do. They helped us choose the perfect song and worked closely with us to learn choreography that we could all do. We looked like an incredibly put together group of dancers! People of all dance levels throughout our company joined us and had the best time. We will be talking about this flash mob for years to come!
