Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
Go to www.experiencevibefitness.com Click on Studio, then click Studio Reservations. Studion Reservations are required for all classes.
What is the cost per class?
For current VIBE LIVE Subscribers $10 | 60 min class and $5 | 30 min class
Drop in rate $15 | 60 min class and $10 | 30 min class
Is there a membership?
Due to limited class size, there is no monthly membership plan or joining fee. However, a discounted per class rate will be applied with a current VIBE LIVE subscription.
How do I subscribe to get a discounted rate on class?
Go to Learn More About Membership Options or CLICK HERE to sign up for a subscription to VIBE LIVE.
Is there a waiting list?
There is not a waiting list at this time. We encourage you to plan ahead and reserve in advance.
How do I reserve back to back classes?
Simply click on the black button to book a class, use the back button on your browser or click continue shopping to go back to the calendar screen.
Do I reserve a specific spot?
No. Your class placement is determined in order of arrival. For safety reasons and production purposes, the studio spots will be filled from the mirrored wall to the door. The instructor may determine an alternate placement based on the number of participants during any given class.
Studio Info
Where is the studio?
In the Redi Road Warehouse District, just a mile off HWY 400, Exit 13. The address is 1595 Redi Road, Suite 400, Cumming, GA 30040. Vibe Fitness Inc can be found on Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, Yelp, etc.
Where do I park?
There is ample parking in the parking lot in front of the building. If you arrive and there are not enough spots, please use overflow across the street.
What time do I arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to allow for safe and timely check in and equipment set up. Studio doors close 5 minutes prior start time for GO LIVE production of LIVEStream classes.
What if I arrive late or need to leave early?
Please make every effort to be on time and avoid leaving class early or prior to the end of class. If you are running late and arrive more than fifteen minutes after class has started, you will not be able to safely attend class. In the rare event you must leave early, kindly let the instructor know in advance.
What do I do when I get there?
For your safety, we have a contactless check in. Once you enter the foyer, proceed to the locker cabinet. On the side of the cabinet, you will find our easy THREE step process for check in. Step 1) Safety questionnaire Step 2) Health Check Temperature Scan Step 3) Stow and Go. Select your locker key and store your belongings. Proceed into the studio, drop your phone and locker key in the complimentary phone dock. Place your equipment and water bottle on the floor next to the area you will be standing in.
What do I need to bring for my workout?
Bring a full water bottle and equipment necessary for class. For your safety, Vibe Fitness Studio will not be providing shared equipment for use at this time. If you wish to purchase equipment, there is a limited supply at the studio.
What can I bring into the studio?
Bags, coats, purses, and personal items must be left outside or stored in the 12” x 12” locker. You may safely store your cell phone and locker key in the complimentary phone dock inside the studio. Please place your mat, water bottle and equipment on the floor close to the side of the room you will be standing on. No bags are permitted in the studio.
What if I forgot my equipment?
If you have forgotten your equipment, simply use the QR code on the merchandise display unit for anything you wish to purchase. Show your receipt in the studio to pick up purchased items.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. We suggest supportive cross-training athletic shoes for all cardio and strength classes. Recovery and Barre classes do not require footwear. We encourage you to come dressed and ready for class, as there is a single restroom for the studio.
What is the childcare policy?
At this time we do not offer childcare. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in studio classes. Children 12 years of age and over must be accompanied by an adult.
What if there is inclement weather?
The studio will make every effort to notify the participants if there is a change in class offering or cancelation due to inclement weather.

What safety measures are in place?
Required pre-registration (no walk-in), one stop contactless safety check contactless with temperature screening, limited class sizes with 8’ extended spacing, hand sanitizing stations, personal (non-shared) equipment, enhanced cleaning protocols, air purification system ionization technology, non-facing instructor style teaching
What should I do if I’m feeling ill?
We encourage you to join our Virtual Studio if you are unsure about your wellness. Please do not come to class if you have any symptoms or are currently sick with a cold, flu, Covid-19 or any other contagious virus. In addition, if you have knowingly been in contact with someone who has tested positive with Covid-19, please refrain from coming to the studio.

How do I join the Virtual Studio?

A virtual studio membership gives you the flexibility to workout anytime, anywhere from any device with access to 11 weekly professional LIVEStream classes and hundreds of On Demand videos.
CommUNITY
Can I stay after class and hang out with my friends?
There is unity in commUNITY! Yes, hang out in the foyer, or feel free to stay in the studio unless there is a back to back class.

Online purchases returning soon! We always have in person shopping options in our Studio and Wellness Center; stop by and check out what’s available today.
On the Set / LiveStream Production
What does a HYBRID class mean?
Every class taught in the Vibe Fitness Studio available to both in-person participants and professionally LIVEStreamed to those with a Vibe Fitness Virtual Studio membership.
How do I know if the class is LIVE?
Five minutes before class time, the studio door will close. The instructor will welcome you. Three minutes before class time, the instructor will begin speaking to the camera. At this point, the studio feed will be LIVE.
What if I don’t want to be on camera?
Don’t sweat it. Our camera is focused on the main instructor. Your job is to have fun, dance, smile, and workout without worrying about performing or who may be watching. You are always in the company of a kind-hearted, loving, caring, supportive and judgement-free community. From time to time, Vibe Fitness may use class images in promotion/advertising.
How do I sneak in if I’m late?
If you are running late and arrive more than fifteen minutes after class has started, you will not be able to safely attend class. If you are less than fifteen minutes late, please slowly open the door, place your equipment on the floor and take the spot closest to the door.
Special Considerations
What if I’ve never taken a group fitness class before?
Fitness is for everybody and every body! Vibe Fitness studio welcomes all fitness levels, skills and abilities. Our programming is designed for everyone to feel successful. No prior experience is required.
How many classes do I have to attend to learn the dance routines?
You will definitely feel more comfortable after your first two or three classes. From that point, the more classes you attend, the “easier” it will feel.
Can I take classes while pregnant?
Before beginning any exercise program, please consult with your physician. While our instructor team is qualified to give modifications, we suggest you are under care and advisory of a physician. Please inform the instructor prior to the beginning of class.
