Vibe Fitness Studio Policies
CLASS CANCELLATION
Life happens. We understand.
Schedule change? Vibe Fitness allows you to cancel a booked class. All classes required a 12-hour cancellation notice. Class cancellations will receive VIBE credit.
- 12-hour Cancellation Notice | Cancelled reservations 12 hours in advance will receive VIBE credit for 100% of the class fee.
- Late Cancellation Notice | Cancelled reservations less than 12 hours in advance will receive VIBE credit for 50% of the class fee.
- No Show | Non-cancelled reservations will receive 0% VIBE credit for the class fee.
How to Cancel a Booked Reservation
We love you, but a phone call / text / email does not constitute a cancellation.
- Go to www.experiencevibefitness.com and log in
- Click My account / Manage Account / Select Bookings
- Select the booking you wish to cancel / Cancel booking
- You will receive credit for the cancellation
VIBE Credit
VIBE credits offer great flexibility.
- Apply your credit towards another class, merchandise, or any fitness programming
- No codes to remember, or coupons to enter. Credit will appear during check out.
- Credit may take up to 5-7 business days to appear
LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not safely participate in class.
- Please make every effort to be on time, stay for the duration of the class and avoid leaving class early or prior to the end of class. In the rare event you must leave early, kindly let the instructor know in advance.
CELL PHONES / PERSONAL ITEMS
Cell phones are permitted in the studio.
- Please ensure your ringer is turned off
- Phones can be stored in the phone dock inside the studio door
- Selfies, tribe pics and class clips are encouraged. Follow post and tag #vibefitnessstudio #experiencevibefitness
Large personal items are not permitted in the studio
- For your safety, bags, purses, coats and personal items must be left outside the studio and stored securely in a locker
- Locker key storage is located on phone dock
Although we feel that your family is our family, we cannot legally and safely permit children to be unaccompanied at Vibe Fitness Studio for group fitness classes
- At this time, we do not offer childcare services.
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the studio for classes
- Children 12 years of age and older must be accompanied by an adult with a signed waiver by a parent/guardian.
STUDIO AND GUEST SAFETY (OUR PROMISE TO YOU)
Our number one priority at the Vibe Fitness Studio is to ensure the safety and comfort level of our participants and instructors. We understand that many organizations/people have different views concerning the level of safety precautions necessary. In order to best serve our entire community, we will take every precaution to keep OUR tribe safe, happy and ensure you get the most out of your classes.
- Required pre-registration class booking (no walk-in)
- One stop contactless safety check contactless with temperature screening
- Staff temperature check before entering studio
- Limited class sizes with 8’ extended spacing
- Several hand sanitizing stations
- Personal equipment only (no common use offering)
- Enhanced cleaning protocols with frequent sanitization in all high touch areas
- Professional grade air filtering system provides purified circulation of studio air that includes all viruses, bacteria, and mold.
- Drinking fountain closed for use
- Non-facing instructor style teaching
- Available self cleaning stations (equipment and personal)
SAFETY (YOUR PROMISE TO US)
We encourage you to join our Virtual Studio if you are unsure about your wellness. Please do not come to an in-person studio class if you have any symptoms or are currently sick with a cold, flu, Covid-19 or any other contagious virus. In addition, if you have knowingly been in contact with someone who has tested positive with Covid-19, please refrain from coming to the studio. Please use the Pre-Class Self Screening Checklist below.
Pre-Class Self Screening Checklist
- Do you have any of the following symptoms?
Fever greater than 100 degrees f, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, new loss of taste of smell, body aches, sore throat, congestion or runny nose nausea or vomiting, diarrhea
- Are you feeling ill or caring for someone who is ill, in quarantine, or has recently tested positive for Covid-19?
- Have you or anyone in your household been recently tested for Covid-19?
- Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been recently exposed to or acquired Covid-19?
- To the best of your knowledge, have you been in close proximity to any individual who has recently tested positive for Covid-19?

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION / EVENT
- $100 non refundable, non transferable fee is due upon booking to secure the date/time with full fee due in full 30 days prior to the event.
- Signed contract and waiver are required by all attendees
- Booking date/time must not interfere with studio class hours
- Changes to the party must be made no later than 3 business days prior to the designated party time
- All guests (participating/non-participating) must pay a per guest fee
- Vibe Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we believe may be intoxicated/under the influence of illegal drugs, and/or a harm to themselves or others.
- There will be no refunds if a guest is not able to attend the party. No exceptions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All sales are final. Classes, online programming, equipment and/or merchandise are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. VIBE Credit will be issued according to terms above, unless otherwise noted.
- Instructors and classes are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Registration is required for all classes and must be pre-paid through our website.
- Vibe Fitness Inc can not remove the risk, guarantee nor promise that you will not sustain any injuries or damages from viruses, communicable diseases, or other health hazards associated with your use of our premises, facilities, equipment, services, activities including exposure, transmission, infection, illness, sickness, disease or death with respect COVID-19 and the virus that causes it, SARS-CoV-2, as per full TOS.
