With the start of each new year, we resolve to make the next one better. We plan to eat healthy, lose those extra few pounds, sleep more, and get “it all” organized. Sound familiar? How many times have you made the same resolution, yet never achieve success? You are not alone friends! Even with the greatest intentions and every imaginable solution at your fingertips, most resolutions go from zero to sixty and back to zero before January is even over.
It goes without saying this societal imposed pressure can lead to feelings of failure when the end result isn’t met. Yet, we knowingly resolve YEAR. AFTER. YEAR. Statistically speaking 70% of people keep their resolution for the first week. Fast forward six months, and less than 30% of people are still in it to win it.
